Heating, Storage & Shipping

We are so glad you decided to try out our tasty gluten free flour tortillas! You're going to love them—we promise they're na-CHO madre's typical tortillas! To ensure you enjoy the full punch of flavor that these tortillas pack, please reference the following storage and heating instructions. Please feel free to contact us with any additional questions you may have. We appreciate your business and are so excited to have you as part of the Nacho Madre's family!

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

At Nacho Madre’s, we use only the freshest ingredients in our gluten free flour tortillas. Because our tortillas are always free of preservatives, we recommend refrigerating/freezing your tortillas when you receive them. Our tortillas have a six-week refrigeration life, but we know you'll enjoy them long before that time—our delicious tortillas are truly the key to gluten free!

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

All of our gluten free tortillas can be heated using the following methods:

  1. Microwave: place tortillas in a microwavable container or plastic bag and add a damp paper towel. Heat for 20-30 seconds.
  2. On a skillet
  3. On an open flame

Checkout our heating video for more information: Heating Our Tasty Tortillas. **Please note that the tortillas in the video are our 4 1/4 inch Original Gluten Free Flour Tortillas. All of our tortillas are available in the following quantities and sizes:

  • Each pack of 8 1/2 inch contains 6 tortillas
  • Each pack of 4 1/4 inch contains 12 tortillas

SHIPPING DETAILS:

Have you ever heard the saying, "If it can go bad, it's good." At Nacho Madre's, we are so proud to offer an incredible product that is free of preservatives and crafted with the highest quality organic ingredients! Unfortunately, we aren't the only ones who love a tasty preservative-free tortilla—pesky mold is a big fan, too. In order to avoid this pest, we urge you to refrigerate your tortillas immediately upon arrival.

We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only to ensure there are no delays over the weekend.
