Laura is a true visionary. Graduating from Chapman University with a biology degree, she uses what she has learned from her courses to create healthy, natural, and organic products for the consumer. As a past owner of a commercial bakery, she is able to apply her knowledge of the commercial culinary world and the technicality of large-scale baking to Nacho Madres. Her gluten intolerance coupled with her creative mind enables her to create healthy, and tasteful recipes.
Michael is truly an entrepreneur. He has owned his own flooring companies for over 28 years. He has specialized in providing several restaurants nationwide with flooring. He has extensive knowledge of the restaurant industry. He brings his love for preparing food and being a huge foodie to Nacho Madre’s. His love for creating new recipes will introduce more gluten-free products to the market.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Ruth brings her years of experience in operations and the knowledge of the food industry to our team. After graduating from Chapman University she went to work for Charles Schwab as an Operations Specialist and then worked her way up to Investment Specialist. After Schwab, she worked for Complete Vision Flooring for 12 years as an office manager. During this time she also was a co-owner of a commercial bakery. Being an owner of a business and working as a manager of another business helped strengthen her multitasking skills. She has also worked as a bookkeeper for 15 years which has helped her pay attention to detail. Ruth joins our team believing that Nacho Madre's will help change the world.
